MKT 346 - CRM & Sales Technologies (3)

This course reviews technologies used to enhance salesperson and sales management productivity. Students should achieve basic proficiency in a Customer Relationship Management tool and will be exposed to a variety of sales technologies that assist in the sales process, including customer prospecting, sales pipeline management, and prospect/customer communication.
