PHY 314 - Relativity (1)This course studies foundations of special relativity. It emphasizes problem solving as a means to give students an understanding and an intuition of space-time. In addition, the course presents a modest introduction to General Relativity. Because of the importance of differential geometry in modern theories of dynamics, it includes the basics of differential forms and their application to electricity and magnetism.
