LMN 443 - Single & Married in Ministry (3)

(Ministry Management program) Building on the LMN 433 Flourishing in Ministry course emphasis on self-care for ministers, this course seeks to enrich the family life of ministers - a significant factor in high minister drop-out rates. Strategies for dealing with normal stressors of marriage and family, as well as those that are unique to families where one or more of the married persons are ministers, will be explored. A secondary, but important, focus of the course will be equipping ministers for coaching others in their family relationships.
