LDG 710 - Leading Teaching & Learning Instructional Leadership and Graduate Orientation (3)This course provides facilitation of a variety of skills considered essential to the successful completion of the Principalship licensure. In this course aspiring principal candidates will learn what processes ensure congruency between the intended curriculum, the taught curriculum, and the assessed curriculum. Additionally, essential skills, strategies, and understandings are gained to provide a “guaranteed” curriculum for every child, every day. Through field study candidates learn how to use effective professional development protocols to analyze student work, reflect on instructional practice, and ensure high quality of differentiated instruction for all. A key assessment is completed during this field study.
