ICS 340 - Urban Ministry (3)

Addresses the church’s response to the social, economic, and political dynamics of urban centers. Building on a biblical foundation, mission/ministry in the city is viewed from three perspectives: historical, contemporary, and future. The global explosion of urban growth will be examined, and strategies will be explored to help the church move ahead in the midst of the tremendous challenges of poverty, racism, human exploitation, and corruption.
