ICS 210 - Cross-Cultural Life & Leadership (3)

Presents readings and research into the organizational and practical aspects of missions, including selection of candidates, funding, interpersonal relationships, family versus-ministry tensions and cross-cultural leadership. The course focuses on the work and ministry of the cross-cultural minister on the field.
