AMS 301 - Training Management & Warfighting Functions (3)Course of study in development of basic skills required to function as a manager; study of leadership styles, group dynamics, communication, motivation and military instruction methods; and school of the soldier and exercise of command. Satisfies Foundations PED 100 requirement.
Prerequisite(s): AMS 101, AMS 102 graduate or undergraduate student (male or female), successful completion of basic course or basic camp, physically fit to pursue program; consent of PMS.
