WA 322 - Contemporary Music Theory II (3)

Further explores chord structure, melody, and form in contemporary music; ear training in contemporary idioms; arranging songs for a worship band from both a formal and instrumentation standpoint; and music technology. Students are required to synthesize all this into writing their own songs. The culmination of the course is the writing and performing of students’ songs.
Prerequisite(s): WA 121 
Grading Method: Letter Grade
