TEL 531 - Grammar & Linguistics for Teaching EL (3)

Students apply knowledge of English academic language functions, learning domains, content-specific language, discourse structures, and vocabulary to promote academic achievement across content areas in reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Students develop collaboration skills to work with other educators, school personnel, and families to support the learning of language and literacies in the content areas.
