SOC 310 - Culture, Media, & Society (3)

This course will enable students to interrogate the concept of “culture” and explore the ways in which humans use culture to construct meaning. Through examination of cultural forms such as food, fashion, film, and language, it also considers how material and visual culture is embedded within broader societal processes and structures.
