MTG 510 - Advanced Topics in Mathematics I (3)

Students will work under the direct supervision of a faculty member in the mathematics department to select topics that will best supplement and enhance the student’s educational experience in the mathematical sciences. This process will involve diagnostic tests, student surveys, and individual student/teacher conferences. Progress in the resulting professional development plan will be assessed from assigned written work, research reports, tests, and oral presentations.
