LDG 760 - Financial Resources & Legal Responsibilities (3)

This course centers on the laws, regulations, and policies under which the school must function in order to provide a safe and welcoming learning climate. The course will include topics such as school governance, student safety, due process, search and seizure, church and state issues, sexual discrimination and harassment, and special education.
