EXS 381 - Advanced Principles of Strength & Conditioning (3)This course will focus on applying the concepts of exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor control, sport psychology, and nutrition into the practice of exercise prescription and strength and conditioning. The goal of this course is to bridge the gap between science and practice as it relates to strength and conditioning.
Prerequisite(s): BIO 331/BIO 333, BIO 264 or BIO 352/BIO 354, and EXS 350 Grading Method: Letter Grade Term Typically Offered: Spring
