EXS 200 - Foundations of Health/EXS (3)Students will be introduced to the principles of safe and effective physical activity. Instruction and practice for assessing, designing, and implementing various types of activity/training programs for a variety of populations, and demonstrating an understanding of basic training principles. This course is a lecture/lab style course.
