COM 230 - Leadership Skills (3)

Individual leadership potential is best understood by exploring leadership principles and practicing day-to-day leadership skills. Leadership study and practice includes discussing the academic literature on leadership. Also, individual and practical leadership will be examined on three levels: 1) personal leadership, 2) relational leadership, and 3) the leader as social architect.
