AEL 381 - Outdoor Christian Leadership (2)Course content focuses on bringing about spiritual formation through adventure education. Content will include designing experiential and adventure activities that meet spiritual needs, transferring learning from adventure activities to spiritual growth, facilitating spiritual growth through group dynamics, as well as curriculum and program design. Will also focus on the role of the leader in the spiritual formation of others, and how one leads in a Christ-like way.
