ECN 273 - Introduction to Macroeconomics (3)

This course is a study of the big-picture national outcomes such as economic growth, inflation, unemployment and the national debt. Major public programs such as Social Security, Medicare and taxes will be evaluated, including their future viability. The roles of Congress and the Federal Reserve in shaping the economy will be analyzed from both Keynesian and Classical perspectives.
