ENG 331 - Grammar & Linguistics (3)

An introduction to the sounds (phonetics and phonology) and structure (morphology and syntax) of English as well as to first and second language acquisition, sociolinguistics, and the history of the English language. As part of the course, students will also refine their knowledge of the rules of formal English grammar.
