BUA 446 - Fiscal/Performance Management NPO Lab (1)

(Ministry Management Program) In conjunction with BUA 445, emphasis is placed on the fiscal management of nonprofit budgets. Applying the concepts in BUA 445, budget reports and performance management metrics will be utilized to analyze and implement a debt reduction strategy for a nonprofit. The development of a fiscally responsible budget, management of daily activities, and the establishment of internal controls will be considered in the implementation of the fiscal strategy.
