BUA 410 - Management of Innovation (3)

An introduction to tools and concepts that will help understand the role of emerging technologies, as well as identify opportunities and possibilities for competitive advantage through innovation. Specific topics covered include sources and models of innovation, innovation strategy, and new product development.
