BU 412 - Organizational Behavior & Structure (3)

This course provides an overview of topics in the field of organizational behavior. Topics covered include leadership, motivation, teamwork, decision processes, conflict, organizational change, and learning. The course will focus on how to improve productivity, job satisfaction, and commitment. Elements of regulatory and legal environment on businesses will also be integrated in the course.
