BU 322 - Business Law II (3)An examination of government influence on business and the societal obligations of the business professional and firm, as required by law and public policy. Continued study of substantive legal principles governing business transactions. Subjects surveyed include: Corporations, Partnerships, Secured Transactions, Bankruptcy, Antitrust Law, Labor Law, Securities Regulations, Consumer Protection Laws, and Professional Liability.
