BIO 274 - Principles of Plant Biology Lab (1)

The course provides experimentation that introduces students to numerous aspects of plant taxonomy and physiology. Experiments examining plant hormones, photosynthesis, transpiration, plant genetic modification, detection of plant transgenes, and plant tissue culture are included. Additional labs examine the morphology and life histories of major plant taxonomic groups.
Prerequisite(s): BIO 202/BIO 204
Grading Method: Letter Grade
