PHY 202 - Introductory Physics II (4)An introductory course in physics designed for Chemistry and Biology majors. Concepts from calculus will be used to explain various equations. Topics covered include mechanics of solids and fluids, heat, wave motion, electricity, magnetism and modern physics. This course satisfies Foundations requirement for a natural science.
Prerequisite(s): MAT 181 or equivalent. Corequisite(s): PHY 202L Lecture Hours: Three hours lecture. Lab Hours: One 3-hour lab/week.
