This course explores the frontlines of emerging multimedia technologies in the newsroom such as VR, mobile reporting, augmented reality, 360-video, bots, podcasting, satirical comedy programming, and how these emerging techniques can strengthen nonfiction storytelling.
Prerequisite(s): JRN 110 or MC 212, JRN 214 or MC 302, and JRN 207 or MC 225
