BIO 354 - Physiology Lab (1)Provides the student with experience in the collection of physiological data pertaining to metabolism, osmoregulation, membrane permeability, muscle contraction, blood pressure, and neurotransmitter modulation of cardiac output. Both human and animal models are utilized, and laboratory skills used in the collection of physiological data such as muscle preparation, blood collection, dissection and electrophysiological measurements are emphasized.
Prerequisite(s): BIO 201/BIO 203, BIO 202/BIO 204, CHE 121/CHE 123 Corequisite(s): BIO 352 Lab Hours: Three-hour lab per week.
